These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of this website, the purchase of online courses, and access to educational and training materials offered by Shreyas Kendra Digital Services. By registering for a course, making a payment, or accessing any course material, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

We provide online educational and training courses relating to digital services, online service centres, government and non-government portals, documentation services, and business operations, including pre-recorded video lessons, downloadable materials, guidance, support, and certificates where mentioned. Exact features, duration, fees and access period for each course are shown on the course page.

2. Educational Purpose Only

All courses are for education and skill development. We do not guarantee employment, any government job, licence, franchise or appointment, a particular income or business result, or continuous availability of any government/third-party portal. Learner outcomes depend on effort, implementation, location, market conditions and compliance.

3. Course Registration & Fees

Customers must provide accurate registration details. The advertised fee for the Shreyas Kendra Digital Service Course is ₹12,000, unless modified or replaced by another displayed offer. Applicable taxes, including GST, may apply. Prices and offers may change before purchase but will not normally affect a completed purchase.

4. Payments

Payments are accepted through authorised third-party gateways (e.g. UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We do not collect or store complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or banking passwords. A payment is successful only after confirmation from the gateway or bank.

5. Course Access & Login Credentials

Access is generally provided electronically shortly after successful payment, via website login, LMS, email, WhatsApp or SMS. Login credentials are for the personal use of the registered learner only — sharing, reselling or bypassing access restrictions is prohibited and may lead to suspension.

6. Lifetime Access

Where advertised, "Lifetime Access" means access for the operational lifetime of the course/platform, subject to continued operation, technical availability and platform changes — it does not mean the lifetime of the customer or an unconditional guarantee every module stays unchanged forever.

7. Course Updates & Government/Third-Party Disclaimer

Government portals, rules, fees and forms may change without notice; we may update, replace or remove course content accordingly. We are an independent training provider and are not automatically affiliated with, endorsed by, or appointed by any government department or third party merely because it is discussed in a course. Learners must independently verify current official requirements.

8. Certificates

Where offered, a completion certificate confirms participation/completion only. It is not a government licence, appointment, professional licence, employment guarantee or statutory qualification.

9. Intellectual Property

All videos, documents, PDFs, templates, designs and training methods are owned by or licensed to Shreyas Kendra Digital Services. Customers get a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access purchased courses only — copying, redistributing, screen-recording or reselling materials is prohibited and may result in termination of access and legal action.

10. Acceptable Use & Technical Requirements

The website and courses must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity. Customers are responsible for having a compatible device, internet connection and basic digital skills to access the course; we are not responsible for access issues caused by the customer's device, network or incorrect contact details.

11. Suspension, Termination & Liability

We may suspend or terminate access without refund for credential sharing, IP violations, fraud or misuse of the platform. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a purchased course will not ordinarily exceed the amount paid for that course, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of income, third-party portal failure, or application rejection.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. We may revise these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be published here with a revised date.

Information We Collect

• Personal details: full name, mobile number, email address, postal/business address
• Course & account information: course selected, registration date, login/progress, certificates, support requests
• Payment & transaction information: amount paid, transaction/order ID, payment status, refund status — complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs and banking passwords are processed only by the payment gateway/bank and are not stored by us
• Technical & usage information: IP address, browser/device type, login timestamps, pages visited, cookie identifiers, approximate location
• Communication information shared via contact forms, WhatsApp, phone, email or support tickets

Purpose of Processing

We use this information to create and manage accounts, process registrations, verify payments, provide course access, issue certificates, provide support, prevent fraud, improve the website, send lawful marketing/service communication, process refunds, and comply with legal and tax obligations.

Sharing of Information

We may share necessary information with payment gateways, banks, LMS/hosting/cloud providers, email/SMS/WhatsApp providers, analytics tools, accountants and legal advisers, and government/law-enforcement authorities where legally required. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties for their independent commercial use.

The courses sold on this website are digital educational products. Once access credentials, videos or downloadable materials have been delivered or accessed, the service is considered to have commenced, so course fees are generally non-refundable except in the limited circumstances below.

Eligible Refund Situations

• A confirmed duplicate payment made for the same course.
• Payment was successful but course access was not provided due to a verified technical/operational issue on our side.
• The purchased course was permanently unavailable and no reasonable alternative could be provided.
• An incorrect amount was charged due to a verified system error.
• A refund is required under applicable law.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the payment date, with your name, registered mobile/email, order/transaction ID, payment date, amount paid and a payment receipt or screenshot.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for: change of mind after purchase, no longer requiring the course, insufficient time to complete it, dissatisfaction after accessing content, device/internet incompatibility on the customer's side, incorrect contact details submitted by the customer, shared/misused login credentials, access suspended for violating the Terms, or a government/third-party portal changing its process, fees or rules.

Cancellation

Because digital access is generally activated after successful payment, an order cannot ordinarily be cancelled once access has been issued. A cancellation request made before access is activated may be reviewed, but approval is not guaranteed.

Processing of Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method only. Approved refunds are generally initiated within 7 business days after approval; after initiation, banks/payment providers may need a further 5–7 business days (or the period prescribed by that provider) for the amount to reflect.

Failed Transactions & Chargebacks

If money is deducted but the transaction shows as failed, it is normally reversed automatically by the bank/gateway. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may lead to suspension of access and recovery of amounts owed.

All courses sold on this website are digital products — no physical shipping is involved unless a physical product, printed certificate or study material is expressly included in a specific offer.

Delivery Timeline

After successful payment and registration, course access is generally provided immediately or within a reasonable processing period, via website login, LMS, email, SMS, WhatsApp or your registered mobile number.

Access Delays

Access may occasionally be delayed due to pending payment confirmation, gateway downtime, incorrect customer information, server maintenance or network issues. If you do not receive access after successful payment, please contact us with your transaction details.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by an incorrect, inactive or inaccessible mobile number/email provided by the customer.

The information and training provided are intended for education and skill development. We do not guarantee employment, government appointment, income, business success, or approval of any application or licence.

Government portals, procedures, fees and forms may change without notice — learners must verify the latest official requirements before providing services or submitting applications on their own behalf. We are not responsible for rejection, delay or loss caused by incorrect information submitted by the learner, changes made by government departments, third-party portal downtime, or use of outdated course information.

References to government or third-party services do not imply official affiliation, authorisation or endorsement.

Payments are accepted via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets and other methods supported by our authorised payment gateway. All amounts on this website are in Indian Rupees, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout where relevant.

Please never share your OTP, UPI PIN, CVV or banking password with anyone, including our staff. An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification — please retain your payment receipt or transaction ID for support purposes. If you notice an unauthorised transaction, contact your bank/payment provider and us immediately.

For registration, payment, access, refund, privacy or technical issues, please write to us with your name, registered mobile/email, order or transaction ID, course name, payment date and a description of the issue.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and resolve most within 7 business days , though payment, banking or third-party platform matters may take longer.
